you should tell him you have cancer. if you love him, then you should trust him. it will hurt him terribly to find out, but it would hurt him worse to find out from someone else. i am so sorry you have cancer, i am near tears writing this because i feel so empty. be strong and keep fighting.

if if loves you that much... he'd wanna be with your while you go through this... if he is as good as you think he is... and it sounds like he is... i really think you should tell him... it probably hurt more when you broke up with him and he didn't no... im sure he'd really appreciate it if you told him the whole story.. well not that much appreciate... but understand better... and help you through this...

just tell him... it's better 2 know the truth then to know a million lies. in my opinion, if i was him, i'd want to know how you died without hearing it from somewhere else and regret the fact that i'd never known.

I think this post was important... because it showed that how ur fighting to survive... wel so many people on this site... are fighting to die...

I think you should tell him. If he really loves you (and he must if you've been together for 2 years) he will want to be ther for you and help you in any way he can. I am having a similar problem but i dont have cancer i have an eating disorder and I dont know if i should tell my boyfriend. Just be strong. You are very brave to be going through something like this. take care.
