HOW???????

i havent hd an easy life, in fact it has been hard but i'm still here and i intend on keeping it that way, i want to know if anyone else has been through what i have been through because i need help getting through it, i was raped by a 21 year old when i was 14 and i ended up telling the policew who than told my parents, and because i refused to go to court he is still out there and bashing me every chance he gets, i do cut, but that doesnt make me different, i am still Lucy, i just need to get rid of this inside pain, and while cutting might not be helping so much, it is doing a lot better than not cutting! please let me no how i can get away from him!!!

Well...since you're only 15, your parents will have to sign and all that, but you can get a restraining order.

I don't know if your parents would go for it though because it does involve court and all that sometimes. They'll also ask you about the rape and why you didn't take that to court....blah blah blah...it's a pain, but if you and your parents want to get him away from you, then that's the easiest thing you can do.

The other thing is just stay away from the places you know he's going to be. If you know a place he likes to hang out or whatever, go somewhere else! If it seems like he always knows where you are, then restrainging order!! lol

Other then moving, there really isn't a way to get away from him. You'll just have to show him that it doesn't bother you, even if it's killing you, because he feeds off of your reaction. If you show him that it's bothersem, then he's gonna keep doing it. If you just act like he's crazy and stuff, and just ignore him, or say you know what....yeah it happened...good for you....it's getting old....then he'll slowly start to leave you alone.

I don't know if I was much help, but there really isn't anything else you can do. Talk to the police about it. See what they say about it!

u were heaps of help, i never thought of a restraining order, i might get one, because mum and dad wanted to do something about him always beating me buit we didnt know what, thank u so much, and i kno he hangs out at the ice rink lol, i will watch out for that,...THANK U SO MUCH...MWAH!!!!!!!!!
