Confused!!! Please help me!!!

There is this guy i really like, and i thought he liked me aswel! He is always tellin me he likes me, and he said he has fallen for me, then he said something about not bein able to fall in love with two people at the same time, meaning me, and i asked if he really has fallen in love with me, and he said that 'sometimes it feels like hes fallin for me, but who knows!' would do you think? does he really like me, or is he just using me, and does he like someone else now>???
