how do i be anorexic? (just read.. i know it sounds gay)

    i didnt REALLY mean anorexic, i just wanna lose like 5 pounds, in like.. a week. so if any of you have tips for me about excersizing, what to eat, or how to make sure i DONT eat... will you post them? i would appreciate it! because actually.. i wanna be anorexic! but i can never seem to do it! thats the only thing that I have control over!!! also... the other night my stomach hurt SO bad so i tried to make myself throw up (no im not bulimic) i just spit up a little, but i felt like any second i was going to throw up... i stuck my WHOLE hand almost all the way down my throat and i STILL didnt throw up! any ideas why...? i wasnt giong to throw up food.. it was a TONNN of juice.. but PLEASE answer both things!

    anorexic defninitely isnt the way to go. exercise about half an hour a day (go running or floor excercises) and eat healthy (eg fruits veggies no sweets less carbs). doubt you'll lost a lot in the first week though. i'm not an expert though, i've never been on a diet before. good luck, it's going to be hard work!

    anorexia is definitly not the right way to go about loosing weight, in fact, ive heard that it gradually slows your metabolism and in time can put on more weight. instead, like said above, exercise and eat right. i think exercise is the key here and eating more healthy foods can really help. but your only 12, dont worry about your weight too much. and as for wanting to become anorexic, we all want something we can have control over, but you dont have to become anorexic to have control over your body or what you eat, just eat healthy foods or try finding something else besides becoming anorexic that is equally rewarding when you want to have control over something. good luck!

    thanks for posting everyone... i dont exactly WANT to be anorexic but it feels like the only way to lose weight! i always try diets but i end up eating sweet stuff in the end.. so i thought if i ate NOTHING... then i would lose weight really quick... but i guess your right. i cant be anorexic .. its not healthy

    If you stop eating you tend to gain more in the first week. Just a tip.

    I think not.
    Anorexia is a disease, you cannot "achieve" it. To desire it is a completly idiotic thing to do.
    Anorexia is when someone thinks themselves not trim n slim enough, whenever they look in the mirror all they see is a hideous, imperfect being that can only be fixed with the absence of food
    duh.

    i think what you mean is "I want to be skinny".
    girls go to the hospital, seek therapy, and some have died from anorexia. I seriously don't think you would desire that.

    If you want to be skinny, fine. Eat healthy and excericise.

    Btw, it's almost impossible to lose 5 pounds in a week sweety. eat veggies and excersise, there you go.
    And if you want to throw up get isepic syrup (sp)
