if you think that something could happen between you and his friend then you could go for it, but think about what your ex would feel, because he wants you back aswel! maybe you should talk to his friend about it, and see what he thinks! x

I would be careful about going after his friend...if he likes you, and his friend knows that, and you two get together you can tear a good friendship apart. Sooo...I would think about it for a little longer and not get with either one just yet. And if you're ex is an ex for a good reason, then why bother going back? Think hard about this.

I've been in that situation; I dated my ex's friend, 5 days after I broke up with my ex. I am still friends with both of them; it didn't effect my relationships whatsoever
