wat do guys look for in a girl?

I would like a girl to be friendly,sweet,caring,funny,and loving.She would at least have to be sweet.I can not deal with a girl who is a b@#ch.They are usually the real pretty ones too.

Its different as per the individuals personal tastes and life goals I guess....
