Hey, i need some advice, I have a friend who is 13, and she knows this guy who is 21, she is very suspicious that something will happen!!! hes gone alot to far, and she is scared!!

Shes scared to talk to him, shes scared to even go near him!

Talk to the counselor. or call the cops, Cuz its wrong. but you're right, its a scary thing to deal with. Dont let her get rapped. Tell the cops soon!!!

...just because he SAYS hes never had sex or a girlfriend...doesnt mean it's true. if he is making her feel uncomfortable at churchthen something has to be done...she could tell her parents or another adult. . .this is really dangerous and illegal but i hope everything works out.

okay so dudes 21 and a virgin right? First things are first. Even if she wants to do anything, and I mean anything including:Hold hands, hugging, kissing, sex oral, anal or intercourse anything that could be construed as a romantic involvment with this man would make it some form of Criminal Sexual Conduct. If she is not interested, do NOT meet with this man alone or at all if the attraction is mutual. As hard as it is, only hardship will come of the relationship.
My next bit of wisdom, while most of the women and men here will deny it is true and we all know it.
He is most likely pursuing her because girls that age tend to fantasize about older men, they develope their first infatuations about the same time too. Since he is most likely an outcast of some sorts he has a hard time finding women his own age or is not attracted to them. Conquesting a child is much easier given that if their trust is gained they have a harder time telling someone once the relatioship begins to spiral out of control.
I highly advise her against begining a relationship, but if she does make sure that someone is there at ALL times.
