I Need Some Advice... Please, Before Its Too Late

Okay heres the story: Tomorrow, I'm going to the counselor with my friend who cut herself AGAIN this morning. I need some advice cuz I told her I would make sure the counselor gets her some help. What do I tell the counselor?? Please help before its too late!
