but i'm doing it anyway. this will be the second time i see a counselor and i'm nervous...i dont know what i'm supposed to say to the guy...my mom told him i self harm and stuff so now when i walk in there he's gonna know and what am i suppose to say??????

no you dont understand i asked for this. stupid stupid stupid me one morning told my mom i wanted to talk to someone i didn't know and i said a counselor and i dont know i just wasnt myself and now i'm being put in my place!!

If you really want him to help you, he can. If not, then it's useless.

this may sound silly but tell him everything. i dont think he's allowed to tell anyone what you have told him by law. if you only tell him what you think is makeing you cut he may not be able to help, they may be underlying issues that ur not fully aware of and although he can help you with the things you tell him he won't be able to help you with things that you dont tell him which may make you feel depressed as well.
sorry if it dunzt make sence but my point is that you should tell hime everything coz he cant help u wit wat he duznt noe about
