I hear there's some sort of product that if you use it then the appearance of your scars will reduce. But, what I always do... I have make-up that I put on my arm to cover the scars. It works really well, but you have to be careful to find the right shade for your arm or else it's obvious. But the make up works best... it looks like you don't have any scars. |

I have this cream, it's by Palmers, can't remember what it's called but it drastically reduced my scars. Good stuff ... |

oh and i stopped cutting by using ALOT!!! of will power... cos i started to loose m8s so was determined, and i gave nething sharp which i cud use to my friend.... and punished myself...(not selfharm tho) if i cut myself... etc.... but getting m8s who no how it feels is always the best way |

there's a scar-reducer called Mederma. it's what i use. sometimes it takes awhile, but it really does work. hope i helped |

sometimes even trying to hide the scars doesnt work mine never will be hidden and it reminds e of what happens when you feel no other choiuce... |
