darl i think you need to be ready to talk coz otherwise you wont benefit much from counselling and yes i one way you should but always make sure your comfortable with who you talk to i truly understand where your coming from i only just decided to go to counselling and i will b honest it isnt easy knowing you need extra help but once your in there its ok but also i think its a great idea if you can talk to any friends or family just so they r there for support and comfort if you want to talk more especially bout cutting and why your doing it you can email me coz i hav been there my email is misia_malachi@yahoo.com.au |

i personally found that talked to someon didnt work but maybe thats bc i didnt tell her everything...i used to cut alot and i went to see a school counselor but i have a bad past and i couldnt tell her everything so t wasnt a relife to finally tell somone bc other than me nd some of my friends no one nos the real reason i cut. if u can tell them everything i think it would be good but if u cant theres almost no point |

Oh look another cat and doggy fight. get over it people. someone asks a legitimate question and all you can do is fight or correct spelling mistakes. if you guys wanna fight, make a freakin post about it. |
