sammi, can i just say... it isnt illegal to 'go out' with anyone, no matter what their age are. However it IS illegal to have sex with someone under the age of 16! If thats what you mean by 'going out' then just wait until your 16. And if it's just 'going out' then it aint illegal and go get yo guy, gurl ;)!!
