OMG, i got a letter from my lawyer

omg, i dont know what to do! i just wanna cut!! someone help me!!! I have to call to scedual an appointment, im so scared! what if my gf is subpoenaed and lies!!! they are gonna want her to testify against me
and im scared that she will cause shes scared of her mother!!! im so scared, i just wannna die, someone please help me

just before we met, beth had just came out to the fact that her step father had molested her and her sister for five years starting when she was 7. beths mother blamed beth for what happend, and after the step dad was put away, she started physically and verbally abusing beth. then i came along and taught beth how to stand for herself, and her mother didnt like that. she also didnt like that beth loved me more than her, so she said we couldnt see eachother any more. but even with this, we still saw eachother, and she called me everyday. we would go over our friends house. we even slept over there, so concidering the circumstances, we had a pretty normal relationship. but then some homophobic punk juggalo threatened to kill beth! and concidering that this was a very serious threat, (he had put two people in the hospital last year) i decided to walk beth home from school. now im not a violent person. im all about peace and love and unity, but my baby has ben hurt enough! and ive made it very clear that anyone who hurts my baby will die! so i got a knife, sharpened it, and went to pick up my girl from school. her sister (a little mommys girl) saw me and flipped out (cause i wasnt supposed to be there)
so she went home and called her mother. when me and beth got back to her house, her mother was there, and she had called the cops and lied to them saying that i hit beth!!!! so they fu**ing arested me and now i cant contact or go within 100 yards of my own girl!!!! and to top it all off, my court date is on beths 16th birthday!

i know, but im scared!!!! i just want my baby!!!!! and i cant live without her. if this dosnt work out, im afraid of what i might do!

cutting would be bad

wouldn't help your case that you're 'not a violent person' at all. People, non-cutters, the avg jo, lawyers, and judges think of cutting as an act of violence. and if someone is capable of committing violence against themselves (in lawspeak) that's not a far jump from hurting other people.

So yeah, don't cut. Try not to let the topic come up at all.
