Need Help 4 a Poem~~

I wanted to write my friend a poem cuz we're both moving away and she's my best friend, I just love her!! But unfortunatly I SUCK at this and I've tried so hard to write stuff from the heart...and it's not working! *tear* ANyOne got anything ?
