How do I knoe he wont hurt me...

Ok well there's this guy i used to like A LOT. and he used like two of my friend for his own pleasures....just the fun and forget them. well his best friend and i are really good friends and we were talking and he likes me a lot like he's cried over me--i knoe wow---but the thing is. how do i knoe for sure he doesn't wanna just use me too...god i feel sooooo stupid for even thinking he was different...better....help me...

Well there's no way to know if he will hurt you or not; the only way you'll know for sure is if you give it a shot. And the real question then is, should I take the chance? or should I play it safe and possibly miss out on something great? What ever your decision, just watch out, because if he has a reputation for being that way, than it is likely he'll do it again. Sorry for not being much help.

I agree with Kalika...just one thing; People DON'T change. Don't think that you can change him or that he will be different around you. I've tried that before and ended up getting hurt twice; first by me...then by him. You can give it a shot but make sure you are defensive. Make sure that if you suspect him of thinking that way about you that you don't get too close and don't let it go...don't let your feelings for him get in the way. I do that too...I'll say to myself "but I really like him and I don't want to lose him". There are plenty of guys out there, plenty of amazing guys. I'm not saying he isn't one of him, and I'm not trying to be Johnny Raincloud. I say if you really like this guy go for it...just be careful!

wow guys. thank you soo much for all the advice. and umm well its just that he's like extremely nice to me. but thts how it starts out with them too. and i just don't know if he really does care or if he's replaying the past on me...
