    have you told your parents? Maybe you should see a doctor if you think it's serious. And If you've already seen a doctor than maybe you should see a Physical Therapist.

    oh cul. I just be sure to be carful. I had a pain in my thigh form soccer and didn't see a PT until 6 months later. I had torn a muscle.

    oh I LOVE it! After about 8 years you get used to it. I tore my muscle from kicking. IT hurt really bad. I just got better.

    Yeah I wouldn't wait to long...it will just keep getting worse.

    I was in guard for 4 years...all throughout high school.....and my knees got really bad. I went to a PT my junior year, and yeah...it turns out that my knee caps aren't in the right place. The muscle in my thigh is to short and so it pulls on my knee. They pop all the time. Also, the bottem of them are like a shaggy carpet, so that's another reason why it hurts when they slide around and stuff.

    I would just really careful. You might have something worse then just needing your back poped. Take care of yourself though.
