My Gran and mum

They are both really ill, Gran is going to die soon and my mum may as well, I dont know how I am going to cope and I was wondering if anyone has good ways to cope with losing someone close to you

i try not to think about it, but the best thing to do is talk to someone about it.. it makes it a lot better to have support
