Maybe...

I don't want to start an argument or contradict/dictate poeple, but I just promised my best friend I would throw my blade away, and that's exactly what I have done and already I feel as though I've taken the first step to being stronger. Maybe if you stopped, or at least tried, to stop by having somebody else help you it might make things that little bit easier knowing that you have made a promise to someone you love, and someone who is going to suport you? Just a thought...

Hey Kim, as much as I hate posting in the sad/depression section, I will since I read this =).
I'm glad it's made you feel stronger, I know alot of people who feel stronger when they do so.
But I know a lot of people also who feel weaker, like their only life support has gone into the garbage, litterally. Me being one of those people.
I understand having someone would make you feel better, and I'm glad that works for you, sometimes it works for everyone, but sometimes you believe no one truly cares, even if they tell you a million times a day.
I hope it works out for you Kim, may you be on the road to recovery and life a great, happy life hun. xxx
