telephone solicitors

I was at my sister's and the phone rang and she had me answer it and it was some lady from "Global researching whatever" so i go "Global huh? Does that mean you can speak a zillion languages?" and then my sister goes "Ask her if she can talk to teh fishies" SO I go "Can you speak Whaaaaaale?" and she was like "excuse me?" and my sisters in the back ground making whale sounds and the lady goes "Can I please speak with an adult?" and I go "listen sister, Im the closest thing to an adult you'll find around here..." nad then she hung up

every last one of those phone solicitors, im gonna be one when i grow up im pretty sure

lol XD I asked a telephone solicitor something kinda like that...

Me: Hello?
Person: hello this is could I please talk to an adult?
Me: Are you Harry Potter?
Person: No
Me: There's your answer
Person: uh.... sure.... *hangs up*

I was a telephone solicitor when I was in college and on behalf of all of them....HEY!!! Don't be mean to telephone solicitors. It's not their fault that they have to call you in the middle of dinner. They are just doing their job. Plus they get to sit in a nice plushy office chair while they call you up and make a decent salary.

...But I must admit that I hate getting calls from them too. LOL!

Its fun to talk to the male ones about your "girl issues" if ya catch my drift. they just go, "uuuuhhh..."

Im not a phone solicitor but yeah i agree with you, its not there fault bothering you in the middle of whatever you are doing. well you can always say no instead playing with them and acting like a fooL.

... well anyway theres always a way for u not getting any 3rd party call.....request it on ur telco
