When i write about my life it doesnt make sence

yea i think that what u wright other ppl may not see what u mean cause maybe they have not been there or just dont understand but u do ...i still think those are the best cause it how YOU feel an u know what your talking about.sometimes when i wright about thing i have to go back a edit it and make it make sence lol

Poetry is a great way to express your feelings and clarify your thoughts...keep doing what you do, if they dont make sense now you'll read back on them in a year or so and it'll all be clear to you :o)

Your mind is a large palet, mixed with all random colours and a confusion, a mess...treat the poetry as a way to structure yourself, paint the picture and see exactly what you feel down on paper.

Works for me atleast....though sometimes, maybe all the time - I am scared of the results.

Maybe the reason your poems seem confusing is because your dredging up feelings you've never felt before or feelings you've surpressed. In turn that makes your poetry puzzling or hard to understand.
I have a couple of poems that seem a little off to me but you'd be surprised at how many people could relate to them! After waiting a month or two I went back and read them again. I understand perfectly what I was feeling!
So don't let confusion or lack of understanding your writing inhibit your creativity....Holly

ok honestly....whose life DOES make sense? i mean seriously. if it were meant to be easy they wouldn't call it 'Life'.

My life makes sense to me, and life is actually pretty ease to lead.

Now I am confused Sean - please elaborate??

Think about it,

Life is simply survival, mentally and physically.

You either cope, or don't with the strains, pressures, passion, love, pain, hope, dreams, food, water, shelter...or you become self-destructive, or die.

Think about life like a animal, and it becomes a tad bit easier...

I know exactly how you feel. Mine doesnt make since whether i write about it or not. But writing whether its good or not, it makes me feel better getting things out somehow. Cause I dont always have somebody to talk to.

I respect your point of view Sean and agree with you to a certain extent, however I also agree with Mr Plain and his reference to individual variables. The fact is we are clearly separate from the animal kingdom, and our life differs from there's greatly. It does become easier to consider life from that perspective, but aside from yourself how many other people do you know capable of doing that? I love your ability to simplify and I'm actually in awe a little, I wish I could percieve my own life like that: I was born, I live and love a little, then I die...period. Unfortunately the emotional capacity of myself as a human being, as a woman and as a mother doesn't allow me to do that.
