The truth is you never really do get over them.

You can move on Hun, it'll just take time. I've been apart from my ex for 9 months and I still find myself thinking of him, and sometimes even wanting him back.
Just take each day as it comes and try to move on with your life, keep busy, go out with your friends. Do anything that'll keep your mind off him.
It will take some time but it will be worth it. You'll find someone new, I can assure you.

ive had that. it sucked and i could not get rid of it no matter what happened, i started to like other people but no one compared, then someone new came into my life and it faded. just give it time.
