Can you tell by someones words that they mean what they say?

pers0nally... i think no...c0z sumtyms they juz say sum hurtful w0rds c0z they d0nt want to hurt u...sumtyms by w0rds u can als0 know if they mean it especially when u feel every w0rd he says..

no, because someone could use so many words or be poetic to sound sincere, but it doesnt mean they mean it necessarily, it could just mean they want to sweet talk you or w/e. besides, if they act differently than what they say then you know it's a lie...just go with actions. sooooo much clearer.
