Does persistence really pay off?

What do you think? Are people more likely to get the one they love if they persist, even though that person doesn't like them or doesn't seem to notice them...or would it be better for them to move on?

Move on.

It's obessive, stupid and out of order to ask somebody out more than once in a short period of time (A month or so)

After the second no maybe the following month, completly give up...or give it a year.

Nothing worse than somebody who can't take no for a answer.
