that I can talk to. Something has happened, that before I would have cut to deal with, but since I no longer cut, I'm trying to deal with it in a different way. And all my other usual ideas aren't working.

I was saying that I'm not cutting, so that I wouldn't get bashed. Just that I needed someone to talk to. But thanks for those other ideas also.

ismail, that isn't true, there are volunteer counselors who don't have to go through any training, they are just there for people to talk to...
