Love or Friendship?

Ok, I need a bit of advice, and my friends at school are no help at all.

So here's the thing:
I think I have developed strong feelings for my best male friend. You see, he may not even like me in the same way, but if he did... I would not know what to do.
I love him so much as a mate, I would never want to ruin the friendship I have with him, he means so much to me, and helps me in so many ways.

So, to cut a long story short, should I risk loosing a friendship, and tell him how I feel? Or should I just continue the great friendship I have with him.

You're fifteen. You're female. I assume and hope he's the same age as you. Well, he'll think christmas has arrived in June. Within 3 days he will have lost his appitite. Within a week your name will be on his school book. Just tell him.
