A New Leaf, and I noticed these people first...

Hey everyone! I'm not very well known on this site, but I would like to be! Let me tell you, some of the FIRST people I noticed on this site are Natalie84, Ismail, Amanda Bee, and last, but DEFINITELY not least, Nada! I noticed you first because you seemed to errm.. *insult* people that self injure. I, at one point, was a self-injurer, and I thought that those named above, were rude, ignorant, and had no clue what I was going through. Well, I WAS WRONG! I realized that by insulting us, it helped us. Because when they insulted ME, I took it as a personal offence, and I would go to any height to prove them wrong! They may not have understood what I was going through, but I know they were just trying to get me to stop. I recently read a book titled Abducted, and it's about a 6 month old baby who gets kidnapped. The mom keeps blaming God for the incident, until she learns that if she trusts God, he will never, ever forsake her. I realized that all along I was blaming God, but if I would have just trusted him, then I would have been in good hands. I now know that, and I think this is a new beginning. Any comments would be appreciated. Oh, by the way, I now think that Natalie84, Ismail, Amanda Bee, and Nada, are right about some things. In some cases they are a *tiny* bit rude, but it's their way of showing they care! Now, any comments...?

I know exactly how you feel. maybe not about the god thing, because im not so sure how I feel about him right now. but with the whole cutting thing...It definitley helped me to stop when I realized that i'm just giving people something to judge me with.

Because now I don't have to fight with you all! :-)

That's good! I'm thinking about becoming a counselor for self-injuring kids when I get older, but then again, I'm only twelve, I have plentyyy of time to think about it!

It's only really the idiots of this forum, or the less mature who can't really see what they are doing or why they are doing it.

Or, ofcourse people far into the whole self destructive thing who can't consider the opinion, or views, of what they are saying.

scaredofthedark, I don't think that you are exactly wrong, but I don't think you're right. You have been through a lot, I admit that, but you probably wouldn't have gotten so many disturbing responses if you had titled it *I'm here to help* or something like that, instead of Let me Solve Your Problems. Yet if someone needs help, they will come to you. It will happen, all in good time. Although I thought it was a nice gesture! =)

Of course I DON'T think you're stupid! Nada is right though, it'll take up a lot of time, if you're willing that is. The title, as far as I'M concerned, doesn't really matter that much.

tasha, i agree, at first i thought they were rude, and ignorant and i didn't like them, but now that i have stopped cutting, i realize they have good points, and are right about a lot of things....sometimes they can be a little rude, but people need to here what they say...
