My stupid fear

I like to talk to the girl i like but somthing is holding me back. i can't bring up a convo and i don't want ther to think that she has to do it. i see other guys doing it and i ask "how do u do it?" but they respond " it's easy, think of them as a guy". For me thats hard. the girl i like as a guy( no way!). i feel this girl slipping away and i want to have her. so can u comment please?
