Simply, argument with Tracie based upon something completly stupid, i apologised.....she wouldn't drop it, i asked her if this was it, she said no ofcourse not. Agesss this carried on for, then later on things to do with my cousins death came up again via family...and well this carried on for a while too.

Kims funeral was today aswell...and all it's amounted to now having to dress a wound.

So i have now decided i am in need of bashing for being the idiot i am.

Really depressing day and i resorted to self-harm, and then the drink, and then to the pot.
