If not, then why would she assume something like that? maybe she didn't trust u or something. but you need to understand that aboviously it wouldn't have worked out because she didn't talk to you about it. Try keeping yourself busy and try not thinking about her. try doign things that make u happy and don't let it get to you.

You'll get over her. It just takes time. Move on with your life and take each day as it comes.
