The salt and ice thing

Please guys dont do that. It's horrible. I've done it...a long long time ago and i have a huge scar. I'm begging you guys to not do that. I know its hard but please...if you need anything email me svrunner333@yahoo.com

yeah but it leaves horrible scars...I just hate to see everyone do that b/c I know the results

the salt and ice thing does leave scars but for somone whole self injures im pretty sure thats not somthing they care about...take it from me ive done it enough it doesnt hurt that bad and the scars arnt rlly that bad either....i like it
