What inspires you to write your poems

Her name is Monika, and she is among the most beautiful women I've ever met.

Nature is also quite inspiring

Everything.

Beauty.
Depression.
Death.
Love.
Tracie.
Nature.

Things around me, Things I watch or read, and things I Feel inside

everything....yeah, all kinds of stuff.

The stuff I go through and have been through, inspires me the most, but then again there are those certain people that you HAVE to write about...

mine is what happenes in my life from everyday things i need to get out of my system or something that makes me happy

poetry is like a journal into my soul, it is everything that I am feeling and need to express.

PAIN and HER

love,pain,abuse...

friends, strangers, books, music, surrounding objects, thoughts, experience, pain, etc

pain, anger, intellectual moments, friends, family, things people say...... a bunch of stuff.

Erm lifes experiences - mostly abuse i suffered. Also my little girl, my husband just my life....oooh and just recently nature

I don't write poems that have no meaning/feeling behind it.
There would be no point, would there?

Sometimes a phrase just comes into my head and i just have to put it into a poem, also my past, my little girl, being pregnant, my husband, the people i care about and when i feel I need to get my feelings out

Life experiences, music, sad movies, things that make me feel a certain way. I usually write sad, depressing poems, because life ain't always peachy.

For those who don't know me as much, my horrific nightmares, and Blanco ( a dark demon who hides in me and creates these nightmres) seem to do much of the work. Check them out if u want...they r kind of bad though...

For me, almost anything can be an inspiration for my writing. I think the mood I'm in is very important also in determining what inspiration I get.

what i see, hear & feel....sometimes when Im really down or i hear something that gets me mad...i just grab my notebook and write....

Pain and Love inspire my favourite poems. For any others it's the world around me at times of Great Emotion, whether Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Apprehension etc.

the challenge of relating to someone in this world!! to be able to write my feelings and know that somewhere someone else is feeling the same way.. thats what inspires me!! EJ

I writ when Im sad or pissed off it helps me feel beter that and cutting but writting is a nother way to release pain

Most of my work is about past relationships. They were rough, and now i write about them.

My personal experiences, I use poems as a way to express myself, and sort of like self-therapy aswell.

to me, poetry is like a diary...writing down every emotion you feel in an artistic manner...

my poems come from feeling. every feeling that i have about anything. whether it's sad or happy. poetry is just a way for me to express myself. not everyone understands me but i know my pencil and paper do.

my poems come from all the bad feelings in my life. once i think about them i get in the mood

mine come from the littlest thing to the biggest and worst issue.. anything that has an affect on me can inspire me to write about that situation or something along those lines..

i think being hurt is easier to right about cause i think you feel more emotion and it kinda unlocks a key to lets say...yur mind ?!
