Hi I think that maybe you should call him or get him alsone and explain to him that you are not interested in a boyfreind at the moment, I dont knoe make upi something about having an ex that you just cant get over or something and say that you would realy like to be his freind though, then his feelings wont be hurt, you wont be forsed onto going out with him and you would have gained an extra freind!

You need to talk to him in person. and tell him that you like him (since you said you do kinda) and say but I am not ready to rush into something right now. Be frineds for a bit until you know how you truly feel about him. and if you don't like him as a boyfriend. The he needs to know either way. Leaving someone hanging is wrong. and will only hurt the both of you in thr end.
