Five To Fifteen Minutes, Fifteen Would Be The Most, I'm Usualy Writing One In 5 Minutes And Posting It In 10, Only An Extra Additional 5 Minutes For Spelling Mistakes (I Have Lots) , But The Inspiration For My Poetry Is Real Life Situations, Quotes, Hurt, And Others xoxo-Nikki-xoxo

It depends with me, I could have one done in 10 minutes or I could be working on the last stanza for a few days.
Sometimes when I am writing a sad poem I hear other news and I become happy so I lose my will to write a sad poem.
Every poet takes a different amount of time on writing each and every poem, sometimes the poem just spills out but sometimes you have to work at it.

nothing is 'a good poem' everyone has different opinions and might not always agree. some people i know read my poems and love them and i hate them - you might find that a good poem to you is something that means so much to you - like i have a poem about someone who died and it means so much to me but not much to any others - so i think it's good but they don't think it's that good. also your inspiration comes from anywhere - sometimes you can write about things around you so that's your inspiration or other times you might write about how you feel so that's your inspiration - it really depends

Takes me minutes, which reflects the quality of my writing (Not very thought out structure etc)

Time doesn't quantify the quality of the poem, effort and thought does, it just stands to reason the more time spent on a poem the more effort and thought has been spent upon it.

Don't try to measure yourself, simply write the poem you want in your head, and don't think to time.
