Agree with ^^. I have scars too and they don't tan, they just go white so they are really noticable! |

Anyone who can't look over your past and the mistakes you have made isn't worth your time. If someone looks at you and let's your scars determine whether or not they should get to know you they are not worth knowing. You don't need people like that in your life. Be you. Don't be afraid to wear what you want. Be proud of who you are, where you've been, and what you've been through! |

same as Jordan. ppl looked inside of me not at my scars to tell what kind of a person i was. |

Don't worry about what they're looking at, because scars a superficial - they mean nothing now. Just enjoy yourself. And if they make a nasty comment about it, it just proves their rudeness and lack of communication skills. (If all else fails, find something wrong with them and point and laugh at them! LOL) |

well, i used to be really bad about my scars...i used to wear a longsleeved shirt underneath my hoodie, just in case i got too hot...now if i see someone i just met looking at my scars and i start to feel uncomfortable, i hold up my arms and say, "yes i have scars, would you like to hear where they came from?" and almost everyone passes on it and they look at me from that point on! woo! go me.... |

I tend to actually look at a person as a whole. If I see scars, I don't assume anything, if they want me to know where they came from they'll tell me, if they don't then it's none of my business and I shouldn't really be nosey in the first place...I wouldn't waer long sleeves or a hoodie all year round wither, that just looks pathetic and makes it obvious you have something to hide. You should be confident with who you are and where you've been, cause it made you who you are today and people are upset with that then fuck them! Oh and hun, people might stare at your scars but is it right to be such a bitch anout them? It would be easier to just smile and wave...lol Keep them guessing... |
