Ah, but that's where you are wrong. No matter how small the original argument, there is always the potential that it develop into something more sinister. A man was beaten and killed for buying a girl a Slurpee in a town not far from where I live. Now, firing lawyers because you don't like arguing is going too far - an extreme overstatement. But frivilous bickering is senseless and has no place in society, because it is a needless cause of stress and a waste of our breath. People should try to solve problems, not start them.
