Hmmmm...not saying that I'm gonna break up with my boyfriend, but what is the best way to break up with someone? Cause I've broken up before and things turn out for the worse....let's just say, we went from like to pure hatred....

My break-up line: It's not you, it's me...

(Yes I do realized that this is the oldest break-up line in history)
I think it's safe to say, I am pessimistic, I am already planning out my break up with the new guy...

Me: It's not you, it's me...
Him: *thinks* You know what? It IS you...
    Me: humph
    Him: *walks away*
Me: *scream after him* I told you it wouldn't work!

In my case? honesty is the only thing i want to be told...anything else, and i'd be pissed off at both myself and her.

So, i'd be honest...no matter how harsh.

But I am honest when I say, "It's not you, it's me" But people use that line so many times before that it loses it's true meaning. Oh yeah, and if you're too honest, sometime the relationship ends with you both hating each other, or just the other person as a matter of fact. It's so complicated....

Well explain why it's you then, what you did to change the face of the relationship.

When i say honesty, i don't mean delicately saying the truth, i mean being blunter than my hb pencil after i've attempted to draw a fullscale version of my bathroom without sharpening it, once.

Lol, great example....maybe I should stop playing it nice, and be mean, or just be frank. Being Frank is the answer! Now I just have to work up the confidence to do such thing.....wait a minute! I'm not breaking up with anyone yet! I just want to know how people in general does it, am I the only one who still uses the line "It's not you, it's me"?
