I'm wondering if there are any fellow insomniacs out there ?

I need someone to talk to when everyone else goes to bed :( and i can't sleep. Like right now it's 4:24 AM and I'm not close to falling asleep.

Insomnia is when you have a hard time sleeping at night because of nightmares, thoughts, constant movement, or you just aren't tired at night. google it, and you'll find a lot of results.

I'm curious to know where it said insomnia is a zodiac sign.

Go here Kaitlyn, it has a lot of info on insomnia. and I don't think any of it has to do with it being a zodiac sign. but you really need to be educated on this.

i have insomnia really bad, i lie awake in my bed for at least 2 hours each night. i have had trouble falling asleep since i was about 13 years old and it's the worse! i might contact ya

i've never been an insomniac but i've had friends who have been, and it sounds sucky. =P

I have had insomnia for years even sleeping pills don't work. Your right it does suck!

My whole life I've never really liked sleeping =/ I used to just lay in bed and stare at the walls, but now I get up and read, sometimes listen to music. I wish I hadda computer in my room =P Sometimes I write too..but I'm not thinking two clearly at 2 am most days =D. I guess I can't sleep because I'm extremely afraid of the dark. So I have two nightlights and no corners to hide in. Heehee. Recently I've had less trouble sleeping, because I tire myself out. I do random excersices sometimes, run around the house, or just do a lot during the day. Besides the dark circles under my eyes, everythings working great =)

It's great to see all these people who 'think' they have insomnia, and those who think they have it badly.

Insomnia is not a few hours lost sleep a night, or an occasional all-nighter.
