MAKE IT STOP!!!!

ok until 2 weeks ago every night for the past year I had a dream about my EX.... and then out of nowhere I start haveing dreams about a girl i was in love with 13 years ago.. now I can't stop having dreams about her...now I can't stop thinking about either one of them drung the day... 1 how do I stop dreaming about this da*mn Dreams.. 2. I found the other girls address on the net would it be crazy to send her a letter after 13 years to see how she is doing... 3... AM i loosing my mind...

yes relaxing your mind.reading a good book to get your mind onto different things. And yea why not send the letter? the worst thing that would happen is she doesn't reply...o.O thats not so bad. and yea you're not losing your mind
