well DONT cut thats the first thought that comes to mind...talk to friends or family. find ONE person in your life to open up to and just let it out. you've already admitted that you have a problem. now take the advice and let it out. and cry! i cannot express that enough. I've gone so long without crying i think im broken, don't get that way. just let it out...o.O also try some meditation if you are into that. also when I get particularily self hating or someone is on my mind that makes me overwhelmed i write a letter *one i never ever send* but i write to myself sometimes. or i write to people that have hurt me and stuff. its calming in an odd way |

That can lead to really bad things. You have to let it out somehow, that's how people start cutting, or doing drugs, or drinking. To fill a space in their life they need to be filled, such as the emotions that you are trying to hide. Let it out. I dance, and that helps me let out all this energy I get from being angry. As for being depressed, it paralized me. I have found that gettting out and doing anything is good for it and really helps. |

please please please try to talk to a close friend about stuff... keeping it bottled in might lead to some bad decisions. i dont want to see another person start cutting... it's a terrible addiction and it... it's just sad. i hope you're alright and i wish you luck in life! |

DON"T START CUTTING!!! I can't express that enough to you! It will cause so many more problems! I agree with everyone else. You must let out your feelings some how. Talk to a close friend maybe it doesn't have to be a family member. Good Luck |

By the way when I said find ONE friend I didn't mean just one, IF you can find more than one than all the freekin power to you, I just know that for me it's really hard to find more than one person I can really trust. And yea, if you can find something like exercising or dancing or any of that, as long as it's not to an extreme, than I say go for it. Writing poems helps when you are going insane but can still process thoughts properly, and like I said writing a letter helps on those times where you just want to huddle up in a corner and scream bloody marry. I usually go on the computer and just type type type and I don't even realize what I'm typing half the time. But it helps to get it out...Try it.Good luck.
