does true love come around once?

hi i feel down at the moment becos the girl (know her for 2 years) i really love turned me down and i am ripping myself apart. i was thinking would i be able to love another? i believe i can't. i cant lose my love for her. its my first love and the girl i love is really special. its sad that she does not believe in love. i begin to feel the same now.

Getting over someone is extremely hard. I know I am young and maybe that will make you decide to not pay attention to my opinions but I'm sure I can understand what you're going through. Of course you can love another. There's always the possibility of moving on, but only if you allow it to happen. If you stay stuck on the past and only feel sorry for yourself that you don't have this girl as your own will you still feel the same. Moving on has to be one of the hardest things in life, but most times it's for the best. Get yourself out there and see what the rest of the world has to offer. Find someone who shares the same feeling towards you as you do her. Don't stop believing in love...you only think you will because of what you're going through.

Yes I know I make it sound a lot easier than it is. But you have to get over it and move on. On second thought.....how hard have you tried to win her over? Maybe show her what love is then perhaps she could believe also...
