Juvenile Crime

Hmmm I do beleive it depends on how old this "child" is and what seems to be their mindset...It is a very very complicated question...I suppose I'd really have to think on it

in my opinion the child is maybe acting out on something that triggered them to do the crime. maybe a problems with his friends, girl/boy friends or thier parents. i don't think that the deth penalty is a solution for children, neither is life in jail, unless it is an extremely horrible hatefull crime. i would say conselling, time in jail and community work may set them back on track and once they are old enough to be relaesed just hope that they have changed. if they haven't then most likely they will return to jail but perhaps tried as an adult and then may be charged for life in jail or the death penalty.
