take it serius. talk to them andget there mind off the problem. even if you dont know what it is

wateva u do, take it seriously. talk ot a school counsellor..talk to her...be there for her...show her u care..

Just ask her why she's talking about suicide and just let her know you are there for her and just talk to her, tell her you care for her and would hate for anything to happen to her.
And if she hasn't threatened suicide directly, just hint that you love her and care for her.
There's not much you really can do except tell an adult which i don't think you'd do. So yeah, basically just talk to her.
