Is "the one" Legend, Myth, Real, or Other?

What is the one. Is there realy a special someone out there waiting to find us or be found? Is it a myth, legend, real, or do we make the person we are with "the one" to stop our search for "the one". If that's the case, then there is no "the one". there's just someone we make ourselves beleive is our "soul mate", "other half", "one" or whatever you want to call it. Who agrees? Who doesnt? all opinions welcome. I really want to know.

"The one" doesn't exist....if you are attracted to others while you're with "the one" then "the one" isn't really "the one".

thats my point. the one doesnt really exist in reality unless you make it exist. But somthing can only exist if it's universal. I think that "the one" doesn't exist, but the IDEA of "the one" exists. Thank you so much. if it wasnt for your comment i wouldn't have thought of that.

Taylor-When someone speak of "the one" they meant the one they "love" , but what happens when they fall out of love and fall in ove with another? So does "the one" becomes "the two"? (haha...I realized how silly it sounds)

everyone confused me so bad.
i dont know if i believe. i guess it is just maybe you hope and dreams.

i was but you eventully give up at some point in time or at least i did.

I honestly think "the one" is real. But you won't know this until you've been together for ages and overcome loadsa stuff together without giving up. I think its when you've been together for so many years you still get butterflies around the other person. xxx

ok but what if all those things never happen? what if your with someone forever and still nothing?

"The one." well its the person you will spend the rest of your life with. Yes they are real because they are your true love, everyone has one.
