***Girls I need your help!

Is 15 too young to be wanting to be put on birth control? If anyone is one it...is there anything I should know or any advice you can give me?

Okay, Im 14,im not on it or anything but i dont think ur too young, like if u feel like ur ready then i guess no one can stop u .. plus my mom always told me even if i thought about it, she wood put me on birth control, so if ur thinking about it .. its better to be safe then sorry

ok, heres what you should know... there are things that u may not be aware of, like that fact that using birthcontrol could prevent u from being able to get pregnant when u want to later on.. the doctors wont tell u that, but trust me my mom researches everything, and thats what she found.. also when and if u do get pregnant, it could cause birth defects...
on the plus side, it will help regulate ur periods, and may increase your bust size... but if u think about the long term effects, its really just not worth it.. i mean unless u are willing to risk having children with birth deffects, not that theres anything wrong with that, but it would be alll lot more difficult to care for your child then... thse are just sum of the things you should know, i suggest you do ur own research and read lots of other people opions...
and personally, i think that no 15 year old should be sexually active.. abstinence is the best birth control ever! : ) if your not ready to deal with the possible consequences, then dont have sex..

ok i know abstinence is the best birt control i've been hearing that a LOT lately. I didn't know that it could prevent me from having kids in the future but i wasn't planning on having them. I know accidents happen. and I don't like the fact that it could cause birth defects but i want to get on it so it can regulate my time of the month and so i can be safe not sorry but i don't want all the other side effects!!!

i dont know anything about you or anything....but another thing that the pill helps with is acne...alot of girls get put on the pill, not for birth reasons, but just for acne....

so yes there are many things that it can help with...but some that it can be bad for...

just do your research and weigh your results and see what you think.

First off, you are to young to be having sex, so if your getting put on it for that reason, you shouldnt get it. If you are using it for medical reasons, fine. People are having sex more and more losely these days and need to back off.

If you use it right, the only thing is your period could get worse than it is. You are safe, if your pregnate, and take a pill your baby is safe as long as its like only once. The most exstream dose sometimes happen, but not all the time. your safe.
