In washington state, you have to be 16 or older, but under 18. Basically it is a legal seperation from your parents. You can own your own residence, sign legal contracts, basically live on your own, move out early, and they have no right or say as to what you do or where you go.

oh ok then.............. well it depends on whether you like your parents and whether you like where you are living......... sorry i don't know what else to say, im only 13!!

I am abused, but I don't know if I want to go. I mean, atleast now I am paid for, and i don't have to have a job. I have gone through it for 16 years already, sohuld I try to make it for 2 more? I don't know how hard it is to live on my own, so I don't know if its worth it.

if you are abused but you want to stay there a bit longer then try standing up for yourself and don't let whoever is abusing you do it again, then again i don't know because i don't want you doing that and it not working out, my mum alwayz hits me well bad, and when i try to stop her and stand up for myself she just hits me harder and the same goes for my dad!!! but i don't want to go into social services so im just stuck living with it until i am old enough to leave!!!
i don't know what else to advise you to do!!1

I think in any option you choose, you need to be prepared for hard conditions. It's really all based on how dire the situation you feel it is. If you can stay the 2 extra years i would suggest it. But if you feel that it will only degrade you further, consider emancipation. I would really consider trying to stick it out for two more years though.

I probably will, cause it would be way worse for me if they knew I wanted out and was trying to get out using courts and stuff.

Stay it will probably take you 2 years to go throw courts blah blah blah. And cost you heaps.
