some suck and some rock

Does anyone have the same problem some of my poems get all 5's and tons of posotive comments while othhers suck and get almost no comments

I know that you are upset with some of the votes/comments, it happens to all of us at some time.

What is terrible is someone leaving critique that is only offensive in nature and has nothing constructive in nature to say, such people are doing this out of several reasons but mainly due to jealousy and spite.

If you are getting abusive comments or being dumped with a vote of 1 you can complain about it. Especially if you find that it is being done on purpose and time and time again.

This site has some nice points, but there are also nasties as well. Hang in there and keep writing.

Just like he said, and just because you don't get many votes or comments doesn't mean they suck, maybe its just because no one has seen them yet, Don't worry it takes time, but writing poems is all about how you feel in the inside and if you do that then I truely feel your poems will not suck and get many votes and comments.

Jepp, happens to me. I usally only upload the poems I feel are actully good, even though I have a few poems that I'm less 'proud' of from a year or so ago, mainly so people can see that I have evolved a little as a writer. :p

You should try to make the poem as natural as possible. Write down what actually comes to you, do not force it deliberately.

yeh kinda, some poems i write and i think they are my best, they dont get much recognition, some i think aren't so good, and they get a fair amount of votes/comments.
