Do you believe in Fate?

Do you believe in Fate? does everythign happen for a reason? or is everything just one coincidence after another?

My heart would truly like to believe in fate however I try to listen more to what ever common sense I have. My head is determined to stick to the idea that there are many possible futures some more probable that the rest but not believe in fate-only in coincidences. Because if I listen to my heart it says "well all these so-called-coincidences must be happening for a reason-you are meant to be with this person" but my common sence would say that me getting together with this person is an improbable future so if I believe my heart I will get hurt. Anyway...Follow? Lol, maybe im just rambling again.

I don't believe in fate or in destiny. But that doesn't mean that everything that happens has to be a set of coincidences.

I think that we each have the ability to be the masters of our own destiny. Most of the things that happen in our lives, whether good or bad, result from the consequences of our own choices and our own actions.

I do believe in fate. I think things do happen for a reason. Like if something bad happens eg you lose somebody you love, it can make you stronger as a person and teach you not to hold back your true feelings or something...but yes I do believe in fate xx

I believe that everything happens for a reason. My "used to be" best friend used to go out with this guy named Austin. If they had never went out, I would have never talked to Austin as much, and he probably wouldnt be my boyfriend of 6 months right now ♥

Well, I figure if Fate exists, and if God exists, then he can't get mad at me for the things i do because it was my destiny to them, and he would be the one writting my book...
But anyway, I think life is just a well thought out master plan of choices and consequences...There is a million, obstacles with a million pre-determnined path to choices we make...sounds confusing and i dont think i am making sense but oh well, thats what You get for letting me post on your thread. lol

sometimes i think fate exists, while other times i think that i am in control of my own life.. but yea! i dunno lol.

Yes I believe in fate. I like to think everything has already been planned out and we are in our set paths.

It's either concequence or coincedence... i'll explain this--
If you cut your finger then it will bleed... that a concequence... but after that if you don't find a band- aid then that's just your luck...

I changed my mind. I don't anymore...but sometimes i'd like to believe in it.

no i do not believe in fate.. simply because I do not like the idea that I have no control over my life.. why would God give us free will if everything was gonna happen a certain way.

Fate is such a strong word... i havent decided if I believe in it yet or not, its so hard to judge

Free will drives fate....life is about choices...fate is a product of those choices...as we choose, we change directions in life.

Yeah i do believe in fate, what's meant to happen will happen, our lives are planned out but it's up to us how far certain things go (eg. we might be supposed to fall in love and get married to some person but if you don't persue it then it won't happen - get it?!!)
