Giving Out a 1 out of 5

So I have a question. I don't have alot of votes on my poems, but I had two that had 6-8 votes that were all 5's. Then someone came along and scored it a 1. I'm not saying that I had a perfect poem, but it seemed a little odd to me that a number of people thought them really good then one person just hated it that much. I got the feeling it was someone just posting a 1 for the heck of it to ruin an average. Has anyone else experienced this? Just curious. Thanks.

Unfortunately Tim, you are going to have to get used to it, the best poems on this site get 1`s because of people who can`t write..take loveforsaken mike for example...
