teen love?

hey all, do you think teens are able to really be in love. because i am my rents say i cant be in love at the age i am and i want to know if you think teens can be in love

love has no age limit....and what your parents say isnt true bc i mean there are people who get married and say oh we were high school sweethearts and they obviously loved eachother enough to get married soo point settled...love has no age limit....good luck with your relationship...:)...luv yas mwah

Yeah you can be in love at any age. It just really depends how long you're in love with that person with also is coupled with wisdom and maturity.

even people who are married cannot find love.
That's why divorce rates are 50%. So those who said they have found love. You cannot know for sure.

hey I found my first love when i was 13! and we broke up. 3 years later and we are now together again. i bet you can be in love when you are a teenager, but it doesnt always mean you'll last, and that will be the strongest love

the strongest love is from your family. IT's the only one that lasts and it's the only one that is real. (well in most cases)

Family love lasts forever. A love for a girl can only last as long as the relationship. If it lasts forever, then yes. It's better than family love. But at least you know, there is true love out there.

What's innocent about it??? All teens think about is sex! I'm 18 and still think I'm ot ready for a relationship, because I am soon starting college and I think school is more important than men. Who needs that kind of stress when you're studying to get a A.A.A [Associates in Apllied Arts] and M.D in Psychology, while at the same time, writing a novel and playing in a [popular] local rock band?! Love just doesn't fit into the equation of a busy teenage life. And besides - no one need their heart broken so early in life. It leads to mistrust and uneasiness. I just want to play it cool until I have some ground to stand on so I can take care of myself and I know where I'm going.

Just think about how many people have married their high school sweetheart. My mom married my dad at age 18 and they are still happily together after 23 years of marriage.

I think you can i fell in love at 12, i still love him no matter how many times he broke my heart or was an ass to me...you're first love never really dies

yeah, anyone can fall in love at any time. most of my mom's friends waited until after college to get married, save one. She married right out of high school. She is the only one of my mom's friends to never get divorced. my brother is totally in love with his ex girlfriend. they started dating senior year. Her parent's don't care for him, and he got stupid for a bit and cheated on her. i smacked his nose for that. but he admitted it, and they're friends now. they might be more, but who knows what the future holds?

I understand what you mean because i am going through the same thing! I think you can be but so many people have doubts about it that it makes it hard. I agree that young hearts are more vulnerable and are easier to break but i think you can be in love when ur young!
