How do I begin wrting a poem?

When I start to write poems, all I do is write down how i feel. Wether it makes sense or not.

start by the fist thing crosses your mind
and it will work :)

Well, Firstly, I think about the day that has been... Sometimes the week. I think of every good thing and bad thing that has happened. I believe a poem or song isn't a poem or song without you experiencing it... It doesn't flow well without experience!
